Senior leadership is very engaged, present, rounds frequently, asks what's working and what's not. Pushes for positive change and has a big picture vision.

I work in the HR department in a large medical facility. My bosses are the most cold uncaring insensitive people I have ever worked for. We dont deserve to be called HUMAN resources. Im not staying...all the money in the world would not change them .
Seriously underpaid; responsible for more duties than job description.

We have an excellent group of staff. Excellent at their profession. But, we don't like each other.. But we all pull together to take the best possible care of the patient.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Should compensate staff nurses instead of using so much money to pay for salary
Methodist as a whole treats and respects their employees. It is the department heads that need to change some things about all the hours people work.
Have a heart...care about staff
Everyone is stressed out and people will stab you in the back
