Or benofits are below average snd my dentist said they are paying at a 1988 pay rate . Pension needs to improve and top rate of a grocery employee is less than costcos rate
Heavy work load, head office wants to cut hours. No one cares about us

Compensation needs to meet the minimum requirements to live in the areas they operate.
Too much is expected with not enough time to execute. Hours keep getting cut, but the full time staff just need to pick up the slack with no extra pay.

Pandemic going on ,and still getting written up for being sick
Server pay has been the same over 20 years
It is better to increase our salary in the pharmacy department especially for pharmacy assistants like me because we are very understaffed and it is very exhausting to work if we are always raising against time.
