Stop enabling the Supervisor behavors
Get with the times. Stop focusing on stuff that worked 20-30 years ago and use the minds of the younger generation.

Mental health benefits being $2000 per year
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Or benofits are below average snd my dentist said they are paying at a 1988 pay rate . Pension needs to improve and top rate of a grocery employee is less than costcos rate
Heavy work load, head office wants to cut hours. No one cares about us
Supervisor takes credit for my work in front of upper management but will secretly thank me
Compensation needs to meet the minimum requirements to live in the areas they operate.
Too much is expected with not enough time to execute. Hours keep getting cut, but the full time staff just need to pick up the slack with no extra pay.

Professional and proficient enough to deal with difficult customers
A group of girls that have been together for years and we stick together

Not the coworkers it's upper management

The customers are nice and care for us .

Helping people with their needs . I have customers come look specifically for me for help because I can always help them.
Dealing with the different customers and sales reps
