What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is very nice and helpful.
Family style work environment. Everyone working toward a common goal
The leadership team here is very close which can be intimidating, but they always welcome new suggestions and ideas.
Most of our "leadership" employees have been here for a while. Because of that, they are a great TEAM and that means so much to the company

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is pretty fair based on job performance etc. Health insurance is paid 100% for the employee, no companies do that any more.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone truly works together to make our company the best it can be.
We are a team and that's the most important. As soon as you lose the "team" nothing seems to work as well.
Very cooperative and passionate about our software for food service distributors.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Our departments clash a little bit. Programmers look down on the Techs and the Techs are demanding of the programmers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone acts like a family. The overall culture here is very laid back, but busy.
Everyone is always willing to help. People use any negativity to drive themselves towards improvement.
The close knit bond between employees.
We recently moved into a brand new building. Our environment is very professional however it has the 'comfortable' feel also.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt comfortable with my interview, outside of the normal jitters. The interviewee made me feel at ease though with his laid back demeanor.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love helping customers and accomplishing little projects every single day to make the company run more smoothly and effectively.
I enjoy the freedom to work independently but fall back on my team if I need help.
Working with clients to provide useful software to help grow their existing businesses.
