I think like most work places. There is one or a couple hard workers that have to carry the majority of the workload. And make no extra.

I'm stuck doing most grunt work.

Didn't require to much of a process. Quick and easy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's the job itself. Donated items are nasty. To much gross work with no real help.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Consumers make messes. I get stuck cleaning by myself. Co workers rather good off rather than work.
