The Property Management team proudly carries out its mission: As a member of William C. Smith Property Management team, each of us makes a personal and professional commitment to our success by providing a desirable home and community for our residents, while striving to achieve the maximum performance of the properties we manage.

What sets WC Smith apart from other firms is our holistic approach to community building. We believe it takes more than attractive housing and office buildings to sustain neighborhoods, and over the past 40 years we have developed a successful model for creating and maintaining healthy communities. We know the importance of communicating with existing residents and stakeholders. We embrace diversity. We recognize the importance of amenities in making a community livable. We are proud of the fact that we produce quality housing, commercial and retail projects, but we are just as focused on the less tangible, subtler aspects of development such as aesthetics, safety, thoughtful use of space, and creating opportunities for people to interact and feel ownership in their communities.
