What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team works harder than anybody. There are no corner offices with a view, no ivory towers. When things get tough the leadership team leads from the front lines.
They are open to input, and are always looking for good ideas from all levels of the staff.
Very approachable and values each team member
They're flexible and responsive to employee needs & requests.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's all pretty good. Compares to companies in the are both big and small.
Great benefits for a company that is growing. It supports the team and their families.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
better maternity leave, more sick & volunteer days (it's grouped together so if you get sick, you cant take as many relaxing days/vacations).
What are some of the best things about your team?
innovative, willing to help/answer questions, fun, efficient
Really tight team that works together to move mountains and deliver.
They are always willing to work with me and help out.
It is composed of truly competent individuals.
We all relate well to each other, and everyone helps everyone else.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Everyone is here to build, deliver and innovate.
It genuinely feels like a family.
There's the feeling of real progress and momentum.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Got to meet founders and a lot of the team. Traveled to see the office. Had to fit in with the culture and team in both professional and social setting.
Being able to speak with the CEO's and any heads from other departments that I will be working with after a job offer is received.
It was deliberative and definitely a two-way street. Did I fit in with them was as important as if they would fit in with me.
The opportunity to speak with many team members to get their understanding of the position (both positive and negative). The team was very transparent which was a nice change from other companies I have dealt with.

What makes you most happy at work?
Opportunity to have ownership, work with awesome people and create.
Being able to work on different projects constantly
Completing tasks feels truly rewarding since you own the process.
Great office to work in and a good team that knows how to work hard but also takes time to joke around.
