Be less defensive of code critique and software principles. We can improve all the time. Don't be so stubborn with old practices

Stop churning and burning great employees. The treatment is poor and no one is safe from being discarded
Everything needs to relax. There's a lots of red tape for trivial matters, and the company doesn't seem willing to foster employee happiness
