What are some of the best things about your team?
Global team with a global perspective. Lots of voices all working toward a common goals. A lot of autonomy and everyone is held accountable - we are a real team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hearing regularly from the CEO and having his continued emphasis on culture and mutual respect. It really makes a difference. Our mission is not just a sign in the lobby. We live it every day.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting a host of people in virtual interviews. Every person had something to contribute and really wanted me to work there. It did not seem like a chore for them to interview. And these are all my peers - and my supervisor. So, they have full time jobs.

What makes you most happy at work?
The mutual respect our team has for each other. And the empowerment of our teams. We chart our own course and make decisions daily, to improve and meet our customer's needs.
