Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A fair hourly wage, paid on commission as a hygienist with an uncertain daily payer mix and insurances lowering theyre reimbursement rates is stressful and allows us to be paid under circumstances that are out of our control.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works very well together and respects each other.
