What do you like best about the leadership team?
My managers are more hands off which works.
they are very nice understanding people

building up the people that do all the work and not letting the staff who do nothing coast and DO NOTHING

asked to do higher level and special projects yet paid less than most of the coworkers who cant handle the work I do

good healthcare, vacation days and personal days

treat work like a business. fire people who do not work. promote people who do work and show them they are valued
