We all work together and everyone is really nice

Respect, COMMUNICATION, emotional regulation (personal and towards others)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Tips were always the main part
I dont use one because I'm a college student
Consistent raises, time off and investment in opportunities for advancement.
It gives me everything I need
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need to be paid more per hour as servers. We are expected to do SO much sidework and be multiple people in the aspect of our jobs that we deserve minimum wage
What are some of the best things about your team?
Decent people inside and out of work
The older staff is great with helping new hires
The team is a family of sorts.
Everyone is very nice and we help each other when we need to

Managers are hired from within. Very caring environment.
