What did you like most about the interview process?I was an internal referral to Snowflake, so I felt like additional trust and competency was already extended. Got to the technical parts quickly, and were very engaged and engaging interviewers.
What makes you most happy at work?Flexibility to do my job, top SaaS tools to do my work, good computer equipment to do my work, and daily brief standups with my Manager so we are highly focused on results.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I sense a lot of front end effort in hiring the right competent people, so you can trust the peers around you, and get a lot of work done. No micro-management that I've seen. Just trust is extended, and managers quickly getting answers and tools so we can do our jobs efficiently. Lots to like.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?transparency would be helpful as well as more defined career progression
