What do you like best about the leadership team?
Energetic environment and supporting team members
Completely flexible and willing to listen/encourage my ideas
They will always listen to your ideas, thoughts, opinions, etc. and genuinely take it all into consideration. Everyone is equal in their thoughts, ideas, and feedback.
They have an open door policy. You can approach at any time.
Open communication. Lead by example moto.

Offer for the potential to grow!
Equity payout. I believe in the company.
The "best part" about it is simply how fair and generous ParqEx is to its employees. You're shown you're greatly appreciated, both in the culture and in your compensation.

Willing to teach each other and work as a team
We all work together. We have events so we can become stronger as a team.
Communication, teamwork and keeping a positive attitude.
The team is driven and results focused. We jump in & take care of business!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility and production elements meet at a happy medium
That we are able to attend events a whole and get to know each other outside of just the work walls.
Promotes creativity, willing to try new ideas and instead of crying about failures, we fail fast, learn from mistakes and bounce back with a better approach.
It sounds cliche, but everyone really does want to help our communities not only find easier parking and reduce traffic, but also to make a few bucks along the way.
The culture is kind, yet hard-driving.

What makes you most happy at work?
Having a reasonable schedule that keeps me motivated but not overly stressed
Solving the parking challenge for a lot of people in dense urban areas.
Every day has its challenges but through teamwork, persistence, and creativity we have overcome challenges and grown month over month.
There's nothing I love more than seeing our daily growth. We work hard, but that hard work shows in the results of our app and company and the reviews from our customers.
Our product is always getting better, team improving, investors joining, & marketplace growing. Happiness comes from progress.
