What do you like best about the leadership team?
Energetic environment and supporting team members
Completely flexible and willing to listen/encourage my ideas
They will always listen to your ideas, thoughts, opinions, etc. and genuinely take it all into consideration. Everyone is equal in their thoughts, ideas, and feedback.
They have an open door policy. You can approach at any time.
Open communication. Lead by example moto.
The leadership is just one of us! Yes, they make bigger decisions and have larger stressors, but it doesn't show in how they relate and interact with people at each level of the company.
Proven team of leaders. I would pay to spend time learning from these folks.

It's extremely transparent. Everyone is always on the same page -- communication is the best I've ever seen, working here.
ParqEx leadership is experienced - they lead by example and no project is beneath them. Always available to mentor, teach, and support.
