excellent group of matured men

There should be better communication top down and bottom up.
Its nonexsistent and they dont work as a team

everything looks great for now

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company should have a consistent compensation plan and structure.
This is a great app
Bonus would be great to have
Should be more compensation due to the long hours that are required

everything looks great at the moment
We get along so well there is no arguments and we listen to each other opinion
they are excellent leaders in the workplace
My team actually knows what they are doing and also know what they need to do
Thay all listen to the higher ups when they talk

Have the right people at the table and stop working in silos
The team I have is very helpful
They need to approve there attitude towards each other

Everything looks great at the moment
In the company there is a lot of positive energy
