Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team will take the time out to teach you what you need to know and will also lend a hand if we need them, but they treat you without respect and that goes a long way. They are good people.
They seem to genuinely care.
Most of our leadership Leads with a positive attitude.
The executive team was positive about the projects and understanding about the difficulties..
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training and keeping up to date on current policies within the company. Treating each employee equally and with respect. Leading by example.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the company match.
Well it's always good to have health insurance and the other insurance coverage you need. Our percentage that we put into our 401k is matched by A.O. Smith. We have security in all of that.
Insurance is great. Holiday pay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is minimal opportunity to advance or grow, with raises and new positions being capped by a proximity to current pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration, genuine, team work, and trust in each other
I like the knowledge that we all have, and the willingness to share that information.
The people I work with are great people. They are down to earth and funny and we are all coming into that building with the same goal everyday and that is to work and make the best of it, because we all know we have to put food in everyones belly at the end of the week.
My team communicates well, and has some really talented people on it.
They're still being empowered to work more as a team daily.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Integrity and honesty. Loyalty to the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people are friendly and willing to help if you need it
Our supervisors are available to assist us when needed. People act kind to each other.
The people and that is what makes the atmosphere so good

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to communicate goals from the top, and listen to solutions from the bottom.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting different leadership in other departments
I dont remember much about the interview process, i dont believe it was difficult at all.
The woman who done my interview was very nice. She went over everything with me and made sure I understand and it was just a very smooth process.
They brought in a good portion of the team that was going to be working with you. It was not just management.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Have any kind of standard.
The person who was in HR at the time was unusually unpleasant and at times unapproachable. She has since been moved to manager of customer service. CS is not the right department for her either.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people i get to work around
Working on projects outside of the scope of my job title.
The people make me the most happy and I truly enjoy my job, but i really like that paycheck at the end of the week.?
The best part about work right now is working with the people to get to the best solution for the customer.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Training and Better Mgmt. AO Smith needs to come in do damage control before current mgmt ruins the business.
