I dont remember much about the interview process, i dont believe it was difficult at all.
The woman who done my interview was very nice. She went over everything with me and made sure I understand and it was just a very smooth process.
They brought in a good portion of the team that was going to be working with you. It was not just management.

The person who was in HR at the time was unusually unpleasant and at times unapproachable. She has since been moved to manager of customer service. CS is not the right department for her either.
