Mr. Wallace E. Goodwin, also known as Eddie, has been President and Chief Operating Officer of Lochinvar, LLC since June 2012. Mr. Goodwin served as Senior Vice President of A. O. Smith Corporation since November 21, 2016 until June 5, 2017. Prior to joining Lochinvar, Mr. Goodwin spent 31 years with APCOM, Inc., a division of State Industries and a manufacturer of residential and commercial water heater components with headquarters in Franklin, Tenn. He joined APCOM in 1981 and held positions in logistics, customer service and sales. From 2002 to 2011, he served as president with full profit and loss responsibility for the business, which has operations in Franklin, Cookeville, Tenn., Florence, Ky., and Nanjing, China. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Memphis State University.
