I feel it is fair. The 401k match is great to have.

Compensation below market and inconsistent across employees & departments. Raise salaries to match market.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are some incredible people still working at Stucki
Everyone is a team player and are good at assembling teams and identifying strengths.

There was a completely different work culture back then
It was the most comfortable interview. It was like the company and I both knew it was where I was supposed to be.
