Our core values also underpin how we treat our employees. We offer 90% employer contribution to medical, dental, vision benefits as well as 100% employer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability and $500,000 life insurance benefit. Our medical plan comes with a health savings account and we give employees money to get it started ($2,000 for individuals and $4,000 for families). We also provide our employees with a 4% employer contribution match for the 401k and provide $150 monthly towards cell phone bills.
