What is the best part about your compensation package?
Permissive time off provides a good work-life balance
The health insurance is great, and the pay is fair when the role is structured within the position title guidelines, but there are exceptions where you must cross other functions and duties.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am college student, already graduated but paid low
I don’t think the salary is aligned to respon
What are some of the best things about your team?
working team, motivated even all the demotivating points from the top-management
They are well diverse and speak their opinions and they management team listens to them.

Lack of common vision, people work in silos, need of shared goals
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and their personalities make the environment fun. There are times when people clash, which is standard with co-workers, but everyone respects each other.

Shared vision, less bureaucracy, enhanced communication, more diversity

When I am able to be hands on and use skills that I have learned from experience and certifications.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Favoritism, toxic leadership, and zero accountability are driving away good people. Improve by enforcing real HR policies, protecting employees instead of abusers, and listening to feedback before it becomes a resignation letter.
