What is the best part about your compensation package?
Both the benefits and compensation are at least a the level of the market.
The compensation package is at least at market level (in my case, above market level)
Fair, at least market standard in my experience.
The comp package is fair in my POV
Health insurance is very good and includes a lot of options.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
ABBYY needs to invest in its people and make them part of the win beyond a cog

Most of our teams are distributed and work with lots of flexibility. As long as the work gets done, you can design your work day the way it best fits your lifestyle!
People at ABBYY are responsive, amicable and professional - easy to work with!
Distributed team, nice and helpful colleagues.
People in my team are always ready to help and support, we are all ambitious and hard-working, making the team a good environment to grow

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
ABBYY promotes a culture of trust among employees, there's no hand-holding and micromanaging around here.
Te environment is fast but flexible, it allows for creativity and it's built on trust
Meetings are very positive, people communicate daily not only on work related topics, there are programs and team activities for everyone.

The interview process was rather quick, only three stages, no unnecessary steps and the recruiter has been super transparent and helpful throughout,
