yes, i like the leadership team.
The leadership team at my work was very welcoming, At first, I felt like my ideas and opinions were being listened to, but I eventually realized that they would never be acted upon.
They are intelligent and passion driven, they dedicate their time in ensuring that we get the job done

evaluating the managers and how they do their jobs
Caring for there employees at any of there stores or warehouses.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
health care and vacation time
if i am fail to fulfill my duty, i will pay the compensation.
I receive several vacation days, as well as sick days, and personal days. I know I am very fortunate for that.
Money is the best part
The money is great! My expenses are paid.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
our company's culture is the best culture
Open floor plan in the news room so we are able to speak out loud, freely, to anyone we need/want to. No door knocking or meeting scheduling needed.
It's a work friendly environment where excessive pressure is not mounted on staffs
My team of workers that work inside the warehouse.
It is a very relaxed and upbeat company to work for.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Manager was awesome! He asked all the right questions.
They ask great questions and it fit what I was looking for
It wasn't tedious but straight forward
The Bosses acted like they cared.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
pare down the process and focus on answering culture questions
Combine interviews. Male them a little longer to get everything done at once. I was asked to come in 3 weeks in a row for interviews with 3 different people, and that was really difficult because I was still working full time.
What makes you most happy at work?
my coworkers make the day fun and the events the company does.
I work my duty very carefully as a result i feel very happy
I k now I am getting important information out to the world. I love that I help people, even if it is in a stranger way than most.
