Mr. James N. Bierbower, also known as Jim, has been an Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. since February 2014. Mr. Bierbower is responsible for recruiting, leadership development and training, associate relations, compensation, benefits, payroll and other services for the approximately 100,000 A&F associates throughout the world. He joined Abercrombie & Fitch in 2006 as Vice President of Organizational Development and served as its Senior Vice President since 2008. Prior to joining A&F, he held a variety of positions in merchandising, human resources, finance and operations with The May Department Stores Company. Mr. Bierbower is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
