Focus on in store associates, they are the ones making the sales for the company. Invest in to stores and your employees and maybe turnovers would not be so high.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Work flexibility and PAid time off
The discount and wage. At least they pay fair. But that only applies to people working for them in western countries. People that make their clothes are not paid fairly nor do they get any benefits. FIX THAT, and stop child labour!!!!!!

Your voice is not being heard, no room for growth and leadership development. For the amount of work and insane expectations from this company, compensation should be much better than what they offer

My in store team makes my day. We rely on each other regardless of tittle and position or seniority. We have each other's back and aren't afraid to get the job done.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More flexibility, better wages and hours for employees. Less micromanaging and more leadership development.
Either switch to an e-commerce company or start supporting your customer-facing store employees again
