How's the work life balance at Abra?
This is a big benefit of Abra. Good vacation and leave policy with reasonably flexible hours and WFH policy.
What's the office vibe like at Abra?
Very nice and fun group of people. Open office environment which promotes good communications. Lunches brought in every day, most people eat together. Team wide meetings every Thursday to review progress and talk about anything. Team is execution focused with little time to stop and smell the roses. The vibe is generally very positive with very few dominating personalities.
