Not helpful, most management are inept and can't handle their jobs and just fake it. Especially the head of all PA.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at ACC Telecommunications?
They need more "real" communication and less "fake" faces. Stop trying to act friendly and focus on your job. More honesty from management and less backstabbing would work wonders.

Any opportunities are few and far between. Many of the management staff are extremely narrow minded. It is a "PYA" type of environment. Very stagnant.
