Ms. Anne Rockhold, CPA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Accel. She joined the firm in 2010. Prior to Accel, Ms. Rockhold served as the Chief Financial Officer of SVB Capital. She was responsible for managing all financial aspects of SVB Capital and its family of funds. Ms. Rockhold is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with business background in several industries. Prior to joining SVB Capital, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at Vanguard Ventures where she was responsible for the firm's financial, legal, and administrative activities. Before Vanguard, Ms. Rockhold served as the Chief Financial Officer at Pacific Specialty Insurance Company and the American Basketball League. She also held senior financial positions at Ross Systems and Interlink Computer Sciences where she was actively involved in their initial public offerings, as well as several private financings and acquisitions. Ms. Rockhold has more than 15 years of venture capital finance and administrative experience. Ms. Rockhold has taught graduate accounting courses at the University of California, Berkeley Extension Program. She is currently on the board of the NVCA and a member of the NVCA's CFO task force. She earned her C.P.A. designation while at Ernst & Young where she worked in both the audit and tax departments.
