What is the best part about your compensation package?
The HMO is helpful in time of need

for now i am a new staff haven't gotten any yet.
Benefits should be paid based on achievement. But here it was paid and it is only big branch that it will favor. If I'm given a target and I achieved them and exceed, I'm supposed to be paid

Compensation should be on merit and performance
Pay well cos we basically do 90% of the job
Promotion and salary reviews are few and far in between despite the huge workload
