What is the best part about your compensation package?
The HMO is helpful in time of need
its it fair and steady
The 13th monthly salary is ut
being paid incentive after the hectic change of new naira notes
for now i am a new staff haven't gotten any yet.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation should be on merit and performance
Pay well cos we basically do 90% of the job
Promotion and salary reviews are few and far in between despite the huge workload
