They underpay their employees. A lot of politics within the company since the founder is an Asian.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Since this in an ASIAN AMERCIAN founded company. The culture is extremely toxic and lots of politics had destroyed the work culture. People have left because of the toxic nature and incompetency of the managers and inability to change.
