What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Since this in an ASIAN AMERCIAN founded company. The culture is extremely toxic and lots of politics had destroyed the work culture. People have left because of the toxic nature and incompetency of the managers and inability to change.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Hire competent, hardworking, and knowledgeable people. Not just based on personal conncetions.

Work long hours for poor pay. Toxic work culture Unethical business culture Harassment at workplace
