What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is dedicated to respect, excellence, and passion for social change. They also make decisions that reflect how much they care about staff. For instance, they just implemented a paid paternity leave!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency, goal setting, being honest, being realistic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive compensation and generous benefits
They do a rigorous review to ensure equity amongst staff. High performers are also rewarded for their contributions. It is a very thoughtful process.

I work with an incredibly innovative, smart, and fun team. I love my job- and a big part of it is the awesome team that I work with!
