Ralph P. Hargrow — Global Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President at ACCO Brands

Mr. Ralph P. Hargrow has been the Global Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of ACCO Brands Corporation since August 2013. Mr. Hargrow is a seasoned HR Executive with more than 30 years of experience. He has own HR consulting business and served with large multi-national companies in the U.S. for a two-year period. He served as Global Chief People Officer of Molson Coors Brewing Company from November 30, 2005 to January 2012. Mr. Hargrow joined Molson Coors in 2005. From 1999 to 2004, he held various positions with International Multifoods Corp. He served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration of International Multifoods Corp. since January 2003 and Senior Vice President of Research, Development and Quality since June 2003. Mr. Hargrow served as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Rollerblade Inc., from 2000 to 2002, Vice President of Human Resources from 1999 to 2000 and Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Administration from 1994 to 1998. In the years preceding Rollerblade, Mr. Hargrow held senior human resource management positions for Ryder System Business - Aviation division-, Duquesne Light Company, Ryder System Ltd., Aviall, Harah Inc., and Xerox Corporation. He served as Director of MillerCoors LLC since May 2010. He served as Director of Molson Coors Brewing Company since May 2010. Mr. Hargrow graduated from Washington University with a B.A. in Psychology.
