the rate of pay is fair
Includes performance-based equity which is a huge motivator

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They do not value loyal employees like they should. They have no respect for those who are always there and on time. Bonuses or extra days off with pay should be an incentive
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is super passionate about what they do and eager to learn
