Everyone I've spoken to has been nice and understanding. The interviewer, recruiter, manager, and trainer have been fantastic. My manager always responds quickly and efficiently. I am a new hire but so far so good! Hope it stays this way.

I am not sure about upper leadership beyond my manager really, but it has been great so far!

Knowing that once my day begins that my trainer, manager, and coworkers tend to keep a positive and energetic attitude. That goes a long way for me.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interviewer was probably the best one I have ever had. She was very understanding and made me feel very comfortable. She understood that interviews can be nerve racking and gave me positive reassurance. We also had a few laughs. :)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Offered a pay rate of $16 hour for entry level. Not too bad considering I have never worked this kind of job. Health insurance is good but a little high considering you work for a health insurance company. Lots of PTO, paid holidays, and potential overtime.
