What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ther Accredo leadership team is caring and acts with speed and purpose
My supervisor is nice and tries to assist as much as she can.
I am not sure about upper leadership beyond my manager really, but it has been great so far!
The leadership team is very helpful
They are always willing to listen and fight for employee needs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary rate, annual bonuses and the paid time off are exceptional
Offered a pay rate of $16 hour for entry level. Not too bad considering I have never worked this kind of job. Health insurance is good but a little high considering you work for a health insurance company. Lots of PTO, paid holidays, and potential overtime.
The insurance benefits are the best part about this package
Compensation is below average for a non-entry level job.

Accredo teams are comprised of true professionals who care very deeply about the patients and their colleagues
They are nice and is always available to help

The coworkers and it being a wfh

What did you like most about the interview process?
The person who interviewed me is no longer there.
My interviewer was probably the best one I have ever had. She was very understanding and made me feel very comfortable. She understood that interviews can be nerve racking and gave me positive reassurance. We also had a few laughs. :)
It was speedy and very professional
The questions were challenging and seek a strategic answer.

Helping people makes me happy!

Knowing im helping someone get something they need
Knowing that once my day begins that my trainer, manager, and coworkers tend to keep a positive and energetic attitude. That goes a long way for me.
