Good remote set up. Some really good products, but with lack of innovation.
Decisions made by company leaders are very much in favor of short-term results over long-term, strategic and smart decisions. There is also a strong quantity over quality mentality when it comes to day-to-day work. As a result, employees are burnt out, unhappy, disengaged, and looking elsewhere.
You're either with the in crowd with management or you're a castaway. Most of us are just out here floating around yelling for Wilson trying to stay afloat unable to meet expectations demanded of us.

Benefits are comparable to typical market offers with matched 401k, health, dental, vision, and life. The best benefit would be open PTO and several people within my organization have taken trips of longer than 2 weeks. These trips are even highlighted during meetings. However, there are rumblings that these type of trips will be curtailed in the future potentially.
