Hrly rate is very negotiable
You dont get paid for the actual work you do. Bonuses used to be for the center managers, Now they go to the Rvps and Dms that dont do half the work. Used to get paid for holidays and were closed, Now you dont get paid at all for the holidays you are open.
I feel that I am well compensated in relation to my job and responsibilities.
