We have a very strong sense of community. We all work together towards common goals, and we are always willing to help each other out.

Training, Diversity and Inclusion, more frequent transparent communciation

its very detailed , very long process, however they are very careful in hiring

What makes you most happy at work?
I love using my skills and knowledge to solve problems and make it easy for my team to execute the projects. I also enjoy the challenge of learning new things and constantly growing my knowledge
We have a very supportive management team. They are always willing to listen to our ideas and concerns, and they are always looking for ways to improve our work environment.
