Leadership team is always there to support employees at ground to achiever their goals and clear statement to be as one team

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People feel undervalued when management praises certain employees, and others get left out. I have never felt extremely undervalued at my job. Getting praise would make anyone feel better about their compensation. Also getting a yearly raise is a nice way to love your compensation also. I love my jo

Some of the best things about our team is when we have events to pull everyone together. People may not always speak. But we have events that bring us together. For example we do a corporate challenge every single year which brings strangers together outside of the work place environment. Always nic

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about our workplace is a open door policy. No matter what you can go, and speak to your supervisor or team lead. Quarterly bonuses to say thank you it's a good part of the job. The job is very relaxed...no one stresses you out, or pushes you to hard. It's a nice place to work

What did you like most about the interview process?
Clear interaction by leadership team and HR
I liked how the process to get to the interview was so easy. The supervisor seemed so happy to see me. She was very comfortable to be around since day one. Very easy to answer her questions, and to soeak to. Wouldn't have wished for a better supervisor. Right off the back I knew I would love the job

What makes you most happy at work?
The part that makes me most happy about my job is that it is soooooooo relaxed, and laid back. They're alot of good people that we work with. It makes the day go by a little faster. I found join in going to the workplace. We are allowed to listen to music so this is a nice spin to the day also. Joy!
