Mr. Craig A. Maki has been Chief Corporate Development Officer and Executive Vice President of ACI Worldwide, Inc since March 2013 and has been its Treasurer since January 2008. Mr. Maki is responsible for the global corporate development and treasury activities at ACI. Mr. Maki joined ACI Worldwide in June 2006 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Mr. Maki served as Senior Vice President of ACI Worldwide, Inc since June 2006. Mr. Maki served as the Chief Corporate Development Officer at ACI Worldwide, Inc., since June 2006.
