David N. Morem — Chief Risk Officer and Executive Vice President at ACI Worldwide

Mr. David N. Morem serves as the Chief Risk Officer of ACI Worldwide, Inc. and has been its Executive Vice President since December 2013. Mr. Morem leads the enterprise risk management activities for ACI. Mr. Morem served as an Executive Vice President of ACI On-Demand at ACI Worldwide, Inc and served as its Executive Vice President of Global Customer Operations. He was responsible for leading ACI On Demand business and for delivering world-class support for all ACI products, a key aspect of the ACI priority on customer satisfaction. Mr. Morem served as an Executive Vice President of Customer Management at ACI Worldwide Inc., since January 2013 and served as its Executive Vice President of Global Maintenance since August 2012. Mr. Morem served as an Executive Vice President of Global Business Operations at ACI Worldwide Inc. since March 2011 until August 2012. Mr. Morem served as Senior Vice President for Global Business Operations at ACI Worldwide Inc. from January 29, 2009 to March 2011. Mr. Morem joined ACI in June 2005 and served as its Chief Administrative Officer from June 13, 2005 to January 29, 2008 where he was responsible for the administration and implementation of many of the policies and programs. He has than 30 years of experience in process management, finance, credit operations, credit policy and change management. Mr. Morem served as the Chief Operating Officer of GE Home Finance from November 2003 to April 2005. Mr. Morem held executive positions at GE Home Loans and U.S. Bank. He served as a Senior Vice President of Credit Risk Management of Bank One Card Services from January 2003 to November 2003. Mr. Morem worked as a Consultant of Acquisition Consulting from July 2001 to December 2002. From September 1978 to June 2001, Mr. Morem served in several capacities with US Bancorp, serving as its Senior Vice President of Credit Operations / Credit Risk Management from 1995 to 2001. Mr. Morem holds a B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.
