Scott Behrens — Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President at ACI Worldwide

Mr. Scott W. Behrens has been the Chief Financial Officer of ACI Worldwide, Inc. since December 18, 2009 and has been its Senior Executive Vice President since December 2013. Mr. Behrens is responsible for global finance activities at ACI Worldwide. Mr. Behrens served as the Chief Accounting Officer of ACI Worldwide, Inc. since October 18, 2007 until March 2nd 2016. Mr. Behrens joined ACI Worldwide in June 2007. Mr. Behrens served as an Executive Vice President of ACI Worldwide, Inc. from March 2011 to December 2013. Mr. Behrens served as Corporate Controller of ACI Worldwide, Inc. from June 2007 to December 2010. He served as Vice President of Financial Reporting at SITEL Corporation from April 2003 to January 2005 and served as its Director of Financial Reporting since April 14, 2013. From 1993 to 2003, Mr. Behrens served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP., including two years as a Senior Audit Manager. He serves as a Director of Applied Communications Inc. U.K. Holding Limited. He serves as a Director of ACI Worldwide (New Zealand) Limited. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Behrens holds a B.S. (Honors) from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
