Communication and teaching a new person how to be constructive and understanding the position. Guarding, paperwork etc

Understanding the circumstances of someone losing a baby and not email my ex partner about our past and not tell me that the Union is useless was all negative I don’t want to work for Hamilton branch if this is how they process someone’s first month of lear
