What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Plants are divided and people dont get along
Better skilled management/ office personnel!
Leadership is out of synch with todays changing world
Plants are closing down; lots of people are loosing their jobs. Corporate office is only looking out for managers and those who executive management like. There is nothing left to help improve the company.
Improve on pay, raises, and bonuses
It is a negative environment between horrible management and angry customers

my coworkers they are wonderful people, it's pretty nice knowing them
