There's great exchange between international teams. A great focus on well-being of employees based on flexible policies and work models

Leadership needs to change its mindset. It doesn't value, invest in, or retain talent.

A very very thorough and well-organized step-by-step process. Gives out a very first good impression.

What makes you most happy at work?
I'm a natural problem-solver, so the challenge gets me! I enjoy working at Acolad precisely because there's room to improve, to implement ideas, horizontal management style and great autonomy for each individual worker.

Unprofessional company that doesn't take policies or procedures seriously.
