What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a spirit of camaraderie and a genuine interest in each individual. The company constantly looks for and finds way to keep people engaged and connected. There are lots of opportunities to connect physically (before COVID) and virtually (post COVID). There are fun casual activities as needed.
We are al building the company together, we don't take ourselves too seriously, it's al about team work and quality

What did you like most about the interview process?
Opportunity to interact with many different stakeholders including my manager, future peers, and executives. The company is careful about who they hire and look for employees that are enthusiastic, ethical, compassionate, dedicated, and a good cultural fit.

We do excellent work for customers and customers like us. Working with peers and management is always easy. There is opportunity to expand and grow with the company. I feel satisfied at the end of a day.
