What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Honesty !! Calgary CEO doesn't treat staff with integrity. If you have any issues at work, the CEO hides and wont speak to the staff, needs to treat people with Integrity. He wont listen to both sides of the story, this company disrespects their staff.
