Overall, I like the company. Sometimes I think that they really do not appreciate most of the employees that work at the locations outside of home office. Raises need to be figured in to each budget so that everyone who deserves one is given one

The teleconference aspect so that I wouldn't have to drive so far to interview.

Management does take in to consideration the mentally draining aspect of this industry and is always on the look out for ways to help make our work loads lighter
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company for 2 years without a raise. I consistently have met goals and been given awards for my work with the company and yet there never seems to be enough money in the budget for a raise
